APRIL 2008.......

ARIES
You love being the best in whatever endeavors you undertake. You’ll get to prove you are, this month, in your area of expertise. You’ve got everything you need, so believe that you can win. That’s a good place to start, although more action will be required. You do especially well under pressure, and you have all the right stuff. Don’t do it just for the glory, find a way to get paid for your efforts. The last week of the month will be best for contract negotiations.

TAURUS
You have a hidden advantage this month. New opportunities appear where and when you least expect them. The first part of April is dominated by old issues to be resolved. Life gets a lot more comfortable as you check things off your lists. By the end of the month, you’ll be coming into your own. You’ll see the results of your efforts plus a couple of lucky surprises. You don’t have to do everything, some goodies fall into your lap.

GEMINI
You’re hard pressed to find a spare moment this month. Parties and meetings and all sorts of social activities fill your calendar. You’d complain, except that you’re having so much fun. It’s great to be in demand. After the 20th you’ll have time to relax and contemplate what you’ve accomplished. You’ll also come face to face with all the chores you’ve been putting off. Try to keep up with the regular stuff all month, so you don’t end up with a mountain of laundry or some similar difficulty.

CANCER
Pressures are intense this month, and you’re up for the challenge. Others will be surprised when you attack instead of being compliant. They’ll think it isn’t like you to be so bold. That’s only because they don’t really know you. Your family won’t be surprised. The latter part of the month will be a lot more relaxing. The situation stabilizes and you’ll have several reasons to celebrate. Plan a family gathering that includes a feast, as your reward.

LEO
Travel should go pretty well this month. Go in the company of fascinating people who have vivid fantasies. Be convinced to try something a little wilder than usual, just for the fun of it. Remember your position in the community, however. You’re attracting attention, so make sure you’re looking and performing at your very best. Review your moves in private before going public with them.

VIRGO
You love to have a place for everything and everything in its place. This month you’ll use that skill to sort out at least one financial mess. The money may not all be yours, but the responsibility is. You have a special talent for this kind of task, so don’t worry. You’ll do well, and could make more than expected for your care and diligence. Take care of business early, so you can travel after the 20th. Go with or to visit siblings, if at all possible.

LIBRA
There’s lots of excitement this April, as you try to balance work with demands from your partner and responsibilities at home. Luckily, you’re good at this particular song and dance, having performed it many times, to get where you are. Later in the month, focus on finances. Build up your savings and pay down your long-term debts. Don’t do it for yourself, do it for your family. That will make it more fun and you’ll also come up with better ideas.

SCORPIO
You can improve your skills quite dramatically this month, with study and practice. Unfortunately, you’ll have to really hustle to make the time for that. First, your work demands attention and then a partnership requires lots of conversation to keep things running smoothly. Put in the extra effort all around, it will pay off. The pressure you’re under brings out your most creative side. You’ll also have a couple of strokes of luck just when needed.

SAGITTARIUS
This April, Jupiter (for abundance) is traveling through your solar second house of money, and that’s a wonderful thing. Pluto (transformation) is also in tht area, and that can be a wild card. Pluto can cause you to get a lot more or a lot less, quite suddenly.  Good luck is always enhanced by thorough preparation and good skills, so rely on those along with your hunches and you should do very well. After the 20th more work than luck is involved.

CAPRICORN
Pluto, the planet of transformation, will be in your sign for most of the next fourteen years. Jupiter, for luck, is there too, but only for about a year. Consequently, you’ll have a good start if you begin new projects now. In April, this applies to changes to your home, career and partnerships. Later in the month, love and other games of chance are more highly favored. Your luck improves and you’ll also look and feel your very best. Plan a romantic interlude for then and you’ll have a great time.

AQUARIUS
April’s always a fascinating time of year for you. Something will catch your attention and the next thing anyone knows, you’ll have another area of expertise in your list of accomplishments. This time, what you’re learning conflicts with what you already knew. That makes it even more interesting. You’ll see a familiar subject from a new point of view. After the 20th, you’ll be less inclined to take off on adventures, intellectual or otherwise. Plan to relax then, in comfort and security. Surround yourself with more luxuries than you usually allow.

PISCES
With the Sun in feisty Aries going through your solar second house of money, your challenge this month is to keep from spending enormous amounts on impulse. It’ll be easier to control yourself after the 20th, when the Sun goes into the practical penny-pinching sign of Taurus. Until then, take care or you won’t have anything left to pinch. You’re a generous person, you won’t necessarily spend it on yourself. This advice applies to checks you want to write to charities, too.
